Benjamin A. Kranc is senior principal of the firm of Kranc & Associates,and
has many years of experience assisting clients in connection with Canadian
immigration and business issues. He has been certified by the
Law Society of Upper Canada as a
Specialist in Immigration Law, and is one of only 22 lawyers to have achieved
this distinction, out of close to some 28,000 lawyers in Ontario.
Mr. Kranc has appeared on television and radio, and has spoken at numerous
conferences, seminars, and information sessions about issues in Canadian
immigration law, and teaches Immigration Law at Seneca College in Toronto.
He has also written extensively, and is a regular columnist in Canada News, a
publication distributed at Canadian embassies world-wide. Mr. Kranc is also the
author of a text on Canadian immigration law published through Canada Law Book,
